✧ Second Pilot Polina Kaihua - or is she? The Aemulor fictus seeks out females from different species and, through Pouyannian mimicry, replaces these models’ cells with the goal of free movement for pollination and genetic combination. In some cases, the hybrid retains the original model's memories and mannerisms. Alas, this is not Second Pilot Kaihua, after all. Her features and pose are inspired by the star of the cult Soviet SciFi film from my childhood, "Per Aspera, Ad Astra". Learn about the Aemulor fictus and its home planet in my art book, Chimeric Herbarium. ✧
