In winter 2026, I began a collaborative project with artist Kenji Siratori that brings together photography, field notes, and responsive sound, shaped by an artist residency in Sapporo and expeditions through Hokkaido’s northern landscapes.

After presenting an interactive exhibition in February, we developed the material into a bilingual photo-literary artist’s book, Cryptobiosphere / 暗号生物圏.
